These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jason & Son Co. website and your purchase of products from Jason & Son Co. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

Jason & Son Co. offers coins, currency, precious metals, artifacts, collectibles, and other merchandise for sale.

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue products at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our services.

2. Products and Availability

Many products offered by Jason & Son Co. are unique, vintage, collectible, previously owned, or one-of-a-kind. Product availability is therefore not guaranteed.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe each item. Photographs are intended to represent the actual item being sold whenever an individually photographed collectible is listed.

Colors, toning, patina, surface appearance, and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, displays, and devices.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, normal wear, toning, patina, marks, imperfections, or age-related characteristics should be expected with vintage and collectible merchandise.

3. Coins, Bullion, and Precious Metals

Prices for coins, bullion, and precious-metal products may be influenced by rapidly changing market prices, availability, rarity, condition, collector demand, and other factors.

The price displayed and accepted by Jason & Son Co. at the time an order is processed will govern the transaction, except in cases involving an obvious pricing, typographical, technical, or listing error.

Past or future precious-metal values, collectible values, or investment performance are not guaranteed. Products sold by Jason & Son Co. should not be considered financial or investment advice.

4. Coin Grades and Condition

Unless a coin has been graded and encapsulated by an identified third-party grading service, any grade, condition assessment, or descriptive terminology provided by Jason & Son Co. represents our opinion for informational purposes.

Coin grading can be subjective. Customers should review photographs and descriptions carefully and make their own determination regarding condition before purchasing.

When a third-party certification or grade is referenced, that grade is the opinion of the identified grading service and not an independent guarantee by Jason & Son Co.

5. Artifacts and Collectibles

Artifacts, arrowheads, fossils, historical objects, and other collectibles may exhibit wear, repairs, mineral deposits, patina, weathering, damage, or other characteristics associated with their age and history.

When provenance, origin, age, type, culture, material, or other historical information is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to accurately represent the information available to us. Unless expressly stated as documented or independently authenticated, such information should not be interpreted as a guarantee of scientific, archaeological, or historical attribution.

Jason & Son Co. intends to offer only items that we reasonably believe may lawfully be possessed and sold. We reserve the right to decline, remove, or cancel the sale of any item when questions arise regarding ownership, provenance, authenticity, or legality.

6. Pricing and Listing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and product information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Jason & Son Co. reserves the right to correct pricing, inventory, description, photograph, typographical, or technical errors and to cancel an affected order.

If an order is canceled after payment because of such an error, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded.

An obvious pricing or listing error does not obligate Jason & Son Co. to sell an item at the erroneous price.

7. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or concerns regarding the legality of a transaction.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

8. Payment

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available through our online store. Jason & Son Co. does not guarantee that every payment method will remain available at all times.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be successfully authorized or if a transaction is identified for additional fraud or security review.

9. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Jason & Son Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed except where required by applicable law or where Jason & Son Co. determines that an exception is appropriate.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product photographs, descriptions, condition information, measurements, quantities, and other relevant details before completing a purchase.

If an incorrect item is shipped, an item is missing, or an order arrives damaged, please contact Jason & Son Co. promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

Our separate Return & Refund Policy provides additional information and is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped using the methods offered during checkout or otherwise communicated to the customer.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Jason & Son Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Claims involving packages that arrive damaged should be reported promptly. Customers may be asked to retain the item, packaging, shipping materials, and photographs so that a carrier or insurance claim can be submitted.

11. Fraud and Chargebacks

Fraudulent purchases, unauthorized payment activity, false claims, and abuse of the payment dispute or chargeback process are prohibited.

If you believe there is a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact Jason & Son Co. first so we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights customers may have under applicable payment-network rules or consumer-protection laws.

12. Intellectual Property

The Jason & Son Co. name, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Jason & Son Co. unless otherwise indicated.

Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or used to misrepresent an affiliation with Jason & Son Co. without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including ecommerce platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, social-media platforms, and other service providers.

Jason & Son Co. is not responsible for the independent practices, content, availability, or policies of third-party services.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, products and website services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except for any representations expressly made in an individual product listing.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jason & Son Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or purchase of our products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Privacy

Personal information submitted through our store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the practices of the service providers used to operate and process transactions through our website.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, website, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions with Jason & Son Co. will be governed by the laws applicable to Jason & Son Co. and the transaction, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
