This 1961 U.S. Proof Set brings together five Philadelphia Mint proof coins, with colorful toning on the Franklin half dollar and Washington quarter. The coins remain in their original U.S. Mint plastic packaging inside the pictured Capital Plastics display holder.

Condition & Photos

Rainbow hues and warm gold, rose, and copper tones give the half dollar and quarter distinctive eye appeal. The nickel shows subtle warm color. Color changes with lighting and viewing angle. The outer holder has visible scratches and scuffs, and reflections through both layers of plastic can obscure surface detail. The coins are uncertified; no numerical grades or Cameo designations are assigned.

Please review all photographs carefully for the exact condition of the set being offered. The set pictured is the set you will receive.

The set includes a Lincoln Memorial cent, Jefferson nickel, Roosevelt dime, Washington quarter, and Franklin half dollar. The dime, quarter, and half dollar are 90% silver.
